This new tool enables tenants to make online payments, view real-time account status, and submit maintenance requests electronically. Commercial Cafe provides a simple, easy to use interface for tenants; some of the main benefits include:

Maintenance Requests: Maintenance tickets are routed directly to our property managers in real-time, enabling even faster response times.

Rent Payments:  Tenants can securely pay rent directly through the portal, including the ability to set up a monthly auto pay. The portal provides updated and detailed information regarding rent charges.

Lease Documents: All lease documents are readily accessible, securely and confidentially, through the portal.
