Cleveland, OH – Crescendo Commercial Realty has been selected as the property management and leasing partner for Dominion Crossing, a Class A medical office building located at 21727 IH-10 West in San Antonio, Texas. Dominion Crossing has 30,000 square feet and is anchored by two of San Antonio’s largest healthcare systems, University Health Systems and CHRISTUS Santa Rosa.

The scope of the engagement will include leasing and transactional services, as well as property management and accounting for the medical and professional office space.

For Crescendo, the engagement adds another anchor to its client list in the medical office building asset class, which extends to over 1.5 million square feet throughout the United States.
