Crescendo adds VetLink Solutions to Stadium Village, Driving Occupancy in a Rapidly Growing Phoenix Market

Surprise, AZ – Crescendo is proud to announce it has signed a lease for 7,000 SF with VetLink Solutions to fill a large portion of space in the Surprise sub-market of Phoenix. This addition brings building occupancy to 91% and increases the overall asset value of this Class A medical office property.

The new location, which will serve as VetLink’s Headquarters, will service the Veteran community on a local and national basis. VetLink Solutions provides assistance to veterans and their families, connecting them with the right medical resources and know-how while navigating the VA process. As of 2021, the state of Arizona reported a veteran population just shy of 500,000.
