Andrew Charara Becomes Ohio Licensed Agent, Aiding Crescendo Growth

CLEVELAND, OH – Crescendo Commercial Realty is proud to announce Associate Andrew Charara has earned his licensure from the Ohio Division of Real Estate. Andrew has been instrumental in supporting Crescendo clients’ portfolio optimization efforts and Crescendo’s own internal infrastructure build-out.

Andrew’s passion for real estate, and knowledge and experience gained through the licensure process, will enable Andrew to better service existing clients and pursue new business development opportunities.

“I’ve always been intrigued by the notion of cash-flowing assets and investment revenue streams,” said Charara. “As an investor myself, and now licensed agent, I’m excited to help clients get the most out of their real estate.”

To obtain a license in the state of Ohio, a person needs to complete four pre-examination education requirements, pass an exam and be sponsored by a local licensed broker.
